2. Bipolar Method

For example, in FORMA treatment,

In fact, a temperature of 42-43 degrees Celsius must be consistently maintained in the dermis for at least 10 minutes,

and an accumulated energy of 8-12 kJ (kilojoules) or more must be delivered per area for fibroblasts to be effectively stimulated and produce collagen.

FX treatment is similar. Rather than a simple radiofrequency delivery method, it requires the combined application of vacuum suction and thermal energy,

and deep heat of 42 degrees Celsius or more must be delivered deep into the skin for at least 6 minutes to expect both fat breakdown and collagen contraction effects simultaneously.


Depending on the characteristics of the treatment area, it is necessary to apply energy of 8-15 kJ or more, and for sensitive areas where the skin is thin or bruises easily, vacuum pressure must be finely adjusted.
